These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mega888 site, your account, and every related service. By registering or using the site, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms
By opening an account or accessing any part of the site, you confirm you have read and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all game rules. If you use the site on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Eligibility
To open an account at Mega888, you must meet every condition below. Moreover, we reserve the right to refuse or terminate any account that fails to meet these requirements at any time.
- Aged 21 or over (or the legal minimum in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
- Not a resident of any country that strictly prohibits online gambling.
- Not an employee or close relative of an employee of Mega888 or our game providers.
- Have the legal capacity to enter binding contracts.
- Have not previously been blacklisted, self-excluded, or had your account terminated by us.
3. Account registration
You may hold only one account at a time. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited at our discretion. Please make sure every piece of information you provide at registration is accurate, current, and verifiable. We will request KYC verification documents (IC + selfie) before your first withdrawal — this is usually completed within 24 hours.
4. Account security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password, OTP codes, and any other login credentials confidential. However, if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately so we can place a temporary hold during investigation. Mega888 is not liable for losses caused by your negligence in safeguarding credentials.
5. Deposits & withdrawals
Every payment method you use must be in the same name as the Mega888 account holder. Third-party deposits will be refused or returned. For withdrawals, we process requests within 24 working hours after KYC verification is complete. Minimum and maximum deposit / withdrawal limits are shown on your wallet page and may be reviewed from time to time.
- Accepted deposit methods: FPX, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, ShopeePay, USDT (TRC20).
- Withdrawals are initiated within 24 working hours after KYC; banks receive funds in 1 additional working day.
- Bank account holder name must exactly match the registered name.
- Processing fees are absorbed by Mega888; third-party fees (e.g. USDT network fees) are borne by the player.
6. Bonuses & promotions
Every bonus or promotion comes with its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet during bonus play, and expiry date. Please read each promotion’s terms before claiming. Abusive bonus use — including low-variance wagering with abuse intent, duplicate accounts to stack bonuses, or strategies that breach the terms — will result in winnings being voided and the account being investigated.
7. Game rules
All games on Mega888 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) audited by our game providers. Return-to-Player (RTP) is published on each game’s info page. Any malfunction voids the round and any related payouts — final outcomes rest on our server logs. If you are disconnected during a spin, the round resolves automatically and is visible in your game history once you log back in.
8. Responsible gambling
We encourage you to play for entertainment, not as a source of income. 9. Prohibited activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited. Breaches will result in account termination, balance forfeiture, and where necessary, referral to relevant legal authorities.
- Opening more than one account (duplicate accounts).
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Using bots, automation scripts, or external software to gain unfair advantage.
- Money laundering — using the account to move funds from unknown sources.
- Identity fraud — using forged documents or another person’s identity.
- Chargeback claims without first contacting support.
10. Intellectual property
Every piece of content on this site — including the logo, text, graphics, source code, and layout — is owned by Mega888 or our game providers. You may not copy, distribute, or republish this content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use will result in legal action.
11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Although we strive for 24/7 availability, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. Our maximum liability to you, in any circumstance, is limited to the amount in your account balance at the time the relevant event occurred. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or consequential damages.
12. Account termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. After KYC verification, the remaining balance is returned to your registered bank account within 7 working days. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice in case of Terms violation, KYC failure, or where directed by legal order.
13. Privacy
The collection and use of your personal data are governed by our separate Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms by reference.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the offshore jurisdiction under which Mega888 is licensed. Any dispute should be resolved first through our customer support team. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may proceed to binding arbitration in our licensing jurisdiction.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will give at least 14 days notice via an on-site banner, email, or WhatsApp. Continued use of the site after the new effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
